CARING FOR OUR CHILDREN FOUNDATION is a nonprofit foundation that receives no government support and is totally reliant on funding from individual and corporate donations, fund-raising events, promotions and in-kind support of service and product. Donations made to CARING FOR OUR CHILDREN FOUNDATION are fully tax-deductible, as applicable by law.

CARING FOR OUR CHILDREN FOUNDATION works with a Certified Accountant to perform an independent annual audit of the financial records. 

Besides meeting the legal requirements of governing bodies, we encourage alliances, joint ventures and cooperation with other charities provided the primary mission of each charity is to serve children in crisis.

REGISTRATION — In each state, where applicable, we are registered and organized as a not-for-profit corporation. Registration does not imply endorsement by any entity.

TAX AUTHORITIES — As a non-governmental, not-for-profit foundation aiding the public, without discrimination, we are tax exempt and work with tax authorities to be both fully accountable and to protect our right to operate tax-free, as the laws permit.
