Several months ago, a juvenile contacted the Clayton Police Department to report that she had been sexually assaulted. Officer Pike was assigned to the case and based on statements, determined that the suspect was the owner of “Hair by Jim”, Mr. Jim Frazier.
After a lengthy investigation by Officer Pike, the case was presented to the DA’s office for evaluation and possible charges.
After their review, the DA filed two charges: the first charge; sexual battery by restraint, a felony; and the second charge; child molestation, a misdemeanor. A warrant was issued with bail set at $60,000.
On Friday, August 17th, 2012, Officers Allan Pike and Daren Billington arrested Mr. Frazier at his place of business. He was taken into custody without incident.
According to the Contra Costa County Jail, Jim Frazier is no longer in custody.
